April weather in Kansas can be very unpredictable with possibilities of snow, heavy rains, and high winds. It is best to come prepared for the worst of conditions with proper attire. In the event of severe weather the race director reserves the rights to delay, postpone, or even cancel the race if it is in the best interest of the safety of the participants.
